4-Wheeler Bumpers; Monster Energy Drink and Kawasaki

I made these bumpers for a friend’s daughter’s 4-wheeler. Laser-cut 1/8th” plate, sand blasted and powder coated.

Kawasaki Bumper

I think this is the back bumper. I haven’t seen the 4-wheeler, but my friend said the bumpers look good. I wanted to save the time of finding a logo and tracing it, so I searched online for the Kawasaki font. If memory serves, it’s “Helvetica Black”. I installed the font and then just used SolidWorks’ text sketch feature.

Monster Energy Drink Bumper

Front bumper, I think. I found an image on Google Images, then traced it in a sketch. I also found the “Monster Font” that someone made; downloaded it and installed it to make the writing on the bottom. The backer plate was powder coated neon green, the emblem plate was painted black.
