If we can’t laugh at ourselves… After reading this WSJ article titled “Today’s Special at Wal-Mart: Something Weird” that I clicked through from a Gawker story, one comment lead to another, and before I knew it I was teaching a history lesson unlike anyone had ever heard before.
I donate to my local Public Radio station (KTPR), broadcasting the “News Flavor” of IPR out of Fort Dodge. Should I designate my donations to the Des Moines station instead (IPR Headquarters)? Should I send my money to NPR, since most of my favorite programming is produced by that service? Where will my money do the most work toward getting IPR to me?
