He gave good\u00a0critical dimensions and I came up with\u00a0this, which used stock materials (no need for an exotic BOM for a budget project).<\/p>\n<p>As you can see, it&#8217;s made of square steel tubing, plate, and square bar for pickets or balusters. This is a 2-piece welded assembly, which makes it easier (or possible) to get it up a staircase and install\u00a0it.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5243\" class=\"thumbnail wp-caption aligncenter\"
