In With the New… and the Old<\/span><\/h2>\n

Someone building a new house while living in an older house asked to have new vent covers designed that are appropriately sized for modern HVAC ducting, but keep the ornate beauty and charm of the cold air return grates from their current home (I’m sure there’s a sentimental value there, also).<\/p>\n

I tried to keep true to the character of the large antique vent when designing the modern sized vent, but there wasn’t enough room for every feature to be copied to the new vent.<\/p>\n
